The Somaliland Association for Youth Salvation (SAYS) is a nationally registered non-profit organization with over 24 years of experience delivering humanitarian assistance, sustainable livelihoods, human rights protection, and governance programs across Somaliland. Founded in 2002, SAYS works with communities, partners, and institutions to empower youth, women, and vulnerable groups, promoting dignity, resilience, and inclusive development.
